VGP – The Government and the Prime Minister issued 19 legal documents, including 14 Decrees and five Decisions, in January 2020.

Decree No. 06/2020/ND-CP dated January 3, 2020 of the Government amending and supplementing Article 17 of Decree No. 47/2014/ND-CP dated May 15, 2014 stipulating regulations on compensation, support, and resettlement upon land expropriation by the State shall take effect since February 20, 2020.
Decree No. 08/2020/ND-CP dated January 8, 2020 of the Government on organization and operation of bailiff.
Decree No. 09/2020/ND-CP dated January 13, 2020 of the Government on detailed abrogation of some legal normative documents on road maintenance funds.
Decree No. 10/2020/ND-CP dated January 17, 2020 of the Government deals on business conditions for road transportation firms.
Decision No. 02/2020/QD-TTg dated January 10, 2020 of the Prime Minister amends and supplements some articles of Decision 29/2014/QD-TTg dated April 26, 2014 on credit for households of HIV carriers, rehabilitated drug abusers, and reformed prostitutes.
