According to a newly-approved decree on employment generating policies and the National Employment Fund, beneficiaries include ethnic minority groups, poor households, nearly-poor families, people who suffer from land reclamation, and relatives of people with war merits.

The beneficiaries will get support on (1) vocational and foreign language training, food expenses, transport fee; (2)visa and passport fees, medical check-up fees, legal résumé registration; (3) risk assistance in foreign countries; as well as(4) training fees.

In addition, the beneficiaries are allowed to borrow 100% capital from the National Employment Fund at preferential interest rates.

For a loan of over VND 50 million (US$ 2,500), they have to present assets as collateral in line with the legal regulations./.
