APEC should conclude Doha Round soon

Earlier, the leaders attended the second retreat themed “Bogor Goals and
APEC Future.” They agreed, for the first time, with orientations for building
the APEC Community, including the deepened and broadened economic linkages,
high growth quality, and safe economic environment.
