Under the theme of “Strengthening public integrity and enforcing laws to combat corruption effectively,” the program is a follow-up of the Việt Nam Initiative Day 2009, an event successfully luring the public engagement in anti-corruption.

In 2011, the program aims to raise public awareness of the enforcement of laws to prevent corruption and show the solid determination of the Party, State and people of Việt Nam to combat corruption.

As part of the program, a contest will be organized, focusing on four subjects: building a servicing administrative system, enhancing public incorruptibility, improving transparency and rights to information accession, and promoting law enforcement.

The contest will last until May 31, 2011.
