The projects, with aid totalling AUD, 130,000, will help 8 provinces improve public healthcare services, education and training, and infrastructure building.
DAP is the only small aid program aiming to help individuals, community organizations, non-governmental organizations, and some others to boost the development process in Viet Nam based on the not-for-profit criteria, especially when they cannot access the fund source or large scale aid programs.
Annually, the Australian Consulate General obtains a large number of application letters for urgent high-quality aid, therefore the selection of such aid will be highly competitive.
DAP is part of large scale projects using non-refundable aid worth estimated AUD159 million from the Australian Government for 2013-14./.
