China’s group donates teleconference equipment to VGP

VGP – The signing ceremony of the contract on the transfer of teleconference devices between Chinese group Huawei and the Vietnamese Government Web Portal (VGP) was held this morning in Hà Nội.

Not only providing all the devices which are currently used in over 50 different countries, Huawei also pledged to hand over VGP the attached technical documents and give instructions to the installation, operation, check-up and maintenance.

Besides, the Chinese group will finance the training of two employees of VGP, so that they can install, operation and maintain the devices.

Witnessing the signing ceremony, Minister, Chairman of the Office of Vietnamese Government Nguyễn Xuân Phúc hailed Huawei’s act, considering it one of meaningful activities to welcome the 60th anniversary of diplomatic establishment between Việt Nam and China (January 18, 1950).

For the past three years, VGP, the Vietnamese Government’s multimedia agency, has organized many online talks and teleconferences hosted by leaders of the Government.
