Construction of workers' housing prioritized in IPs, EPZs
VNGOP – The Government Office sent a document on June 05 to the ministries of Finance, Planning and Investment, and Construction to convey PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng's opinions on favoring investment projects to build up accommodation for laborers in industrial parks (IPs) and export processing zones (EPZs).

The PM entrusted the Ministry of Construction collection all current legal regulations on preferential policies on tax, finance, credit and land which are applicable to the projects on building up accommodation for employees working in IPs and EPZs.
The Ministry was also asked to submit to the PM the plan on housing development for low-income people and workers in concentrated IPs (according to Document 7114/VPCP-KTTH dated on December 08, 2005 by the Government Office).
