Cutting 10% of regular budget spending

The program aims to tighten fiscal-budgetary discipline and strictly follow the budget estimates approved by the National Assembly. 

The Government instructs to halt the organization of ceremonies for breaking ground, launching construction and completing infrastructure projects, except for those of national importance or of great significance to a locality. 

The state budget will be allocated to the poor and beneficiaries of social policies who use essential public services. 

The number of non-business public agencies will be reduced by at least 2.5% this year compared to the 2015 figure.

The mobilization of investment from all sources in education and healthcare will be intensified, while budget spending in those fields will focus on disadvantaged areas.  

Administrations at all levels and sectors are required to effectively implement the project on restructuring public investment. Only projects deemed to be effective and suitable with the capacity of arranging capital should be licensed./.
