DPM Phuc receives Thailand’s anti-corruption official

VGP – Deputy PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc on September 21 received the President of the National Anti-Corruption Commission of Thailand, Mr. Panthep Klanarongran.

The Deputy PM affirmed that Viet Nam has made efforts to strengthen the relationship between the two nations, especially after joining the United Nations Convention against corruption.

He highly spoke of the working results between the National Anti-Corruption Commission of Thailand and the Government Inspectorate of Viet Nam.

The Vietnamese Government pays due attention to anti-corruption and regards it as the crucial mission in order to build a professional, modern and effective administrative mechanism, he confirmed. 

Mr. Panthep Klanarongran revealed that during the working session with the Government Inspectorate of Viet Nam, the two sides agreed to enhance cooperation, share experience and exchange staff in the field of anti-corruption.

 He also proposed the Government of Viet Nam create favorable conditions for cooperative programs between the two agencies in the future.
