Currently, Da Nang is home to 82 Japanese enterprises and 37 representative offices, with the investment of more than US$500 million and creating 30,000 jobs.

Da Nang is the first city in Viet Nam to open a representative office in Tokyo, Japan. The city is planning to launch a direct flight from Osaka to Da Nang, which is expected to create new cooperative and investment opportunities.

Chief Representative of Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) Ha Noi Atsusuke Kawada revealed that thanks to investment policy, digital database and open business environment, Da Nang has been a magnet for Japanese investment.
