Energy prices continue to fall

VGP – Retail price of A92 petrol has been cut another VND 700 per liter to VND 21.200 following sharp decline on the global market, announced the Ministry of Finance (MoF). 

The decision was made following a joint agreement between the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The import tax of petrol is increased to 10%; diesel to 8%; kerosene and fuel oil 10%.

Diesel prices were cut by VND 300-700 per liter.

The costs of kerosene and fuel oil were lowered by VND 350 per liter from VND 20,400 to VND 20,050.

This is the fourth time within two months the retail energy prices have been reduced./.
