The joint-venture will establish two joint stock companies, namely Agro-Park in charge of organizing, constructing and managing the agro-industry complex Agro-Park and the Development and Technology Joint Stock Company (DTJSC) endorsing the establishment of Agro-Park.
Agro-Park, initiated by Donataba, is a new model in Việt Nam. The complex consists of two quarters, covering 1,780 ha in Đồng Nai Province.
The initial capital for Agro-Park is around VND 500 billion, 70% of which comes from Donataba, 10% by Prudential and 5% by Glon.
Glon Group is the major shareholder of the €5-million DTJSC with the contribution of 45%, Donataba 40%, Prudential 10% and Proconco 5%.
Agro-Park helps guarantee the sustainable supplies of materials for the processing of agro-products and food through environmentally-friendly solutions.

The project will provide a close chain of livestock breeding and processing activities with the aim of enhancing productivity and economic effectiveness, reducing cost prices, and promoting competitiveness for the husbandry sector of Đồng Nai in particular and of Việt Nam in general.
