Four provinces get rice relief
VGP – PM Nguyen Tan Dung has tasked the Ministry of Finance to freely provide 5,953 tons of rice from the national reserve to four provinces on the threshold of the new year.

Accordingly, Ninh Binh will get 1,013 tons of rice; Son La 3,504 tons, Yen Bai 430 tons and Ninh Thuan 1,006 tons.
People’s Committees of the above provinces are responsible for distributing the rice to needy beneficiaries.
Earlier, the Government also allocated over 33,000 tons of rice to support the poor in 15 other provinces./.
