Gov't orders strict appraisal of proposals for establishment of new airlines
VGP – Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has tasked the Ministry of Transport to review and strictly consider proposals on establishment of new airlines.

The move aims to ensure smooth state management and sustainable development of the country’s aviation sector.
The order was issued after the Ministry of Planning and Investment submitted appraisal of investment policy of Canh Dieu Airlines (Kite Air) to the Government chief to seek approval for establishment.
The Kite Air), planned to be based at Chu Lai International Airport, is invested by Thien Minh Group with total investment capital of approximately US$237.1 million, which is expected to commence commercial operations in Jun-2020./.
