Gov’t prepares for 36th session of NASC

VGP – The PM has assigned ministries and agencies to prepare for the 36th session of the National Assembly Standing Committee (NASC) on August 12-18.

The PM assigned the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to prepare for the Law on Libraries.

The Ministry of National Defense was asked to craft the draft law on reserve force. 

The Ministry of Finance was assigned to craft a report on the draft law on stocks, a thematic monitoring report on implementation of policies on management and spending of non-state financial funds in the 2013-2018 period. 

The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs is responsible for reporting different opinions on the labor code and making a Government’s report on the implementation of national target program on gender equality in 2018.

The Ministry of Public Security is responsible for composing a thematic supervisory report on implementation of fire prevention and fighting in the 2014-2018 period. 

The Ministry of Planning and Investment is in charge of reporting a draft explanatory resolution on planning. 

The Ministry of Justice was asked to prepare a Government’s three-year report on the enforcement of the Law on Capital./.
