These services include karaoke parlors, discotheques, bars, pubs, beer clubs, massage parlors among others.

Those who fail to wear masks at public places will be strictly fined.

This afternoon, Viet Nam confirmed 45 new community infection cases of COVID-19, including 25 cases in HCMC, bringing the national tally to 2,050.

The latest cases in the city are people who came in close contact with those later identified as COVID-19 patients and linked to the Tan Son Nhat International Airport outbreak.
