Hai Duong To Get Back To “New Normal” From April
VGP – Hai Duong will go back to “new normal” from April 1 as the COVID-19 outbreaks have been controlled well in the biggest hotspot of the country’s third wave of local transmissions.
This is part of the decision made Monday by the top local leaders.
Accordingly, primary to secondary schools as well as restaurants and cafés will reopen from next month.
However, non-essential services like bars, discotheques, and massage parlors remain closed through mid-April.
Viet Nam experienced the third wave of local COVID-19 transmissions on January 27, 2021 with 910 cases having been documented in 19 localities, including Hai Duong (726), Quang Ninh (61), Gia Lai (27), Ha Noi (34), Bac Ninh (five), Bac Giang (two), Ho Chi Minh City (36), Hoa Binh (two), Ha Giang (one), Dien Bien (three), Binh Duong (six), Hai Phong (four), Hung Yen (three)./.
