The news was released at the review conference on international cooperation held by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on June 18 in HCM City.
Some 20% of the deals are of inter-provincial and multi-partner cooperation in line with the governmental agreements such as the West-East Cooperation, the Two Economic Corridors and One Belt, and the Greater Mekong Sub-region.
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ho Xuan Son said that in the coming time, the development of international cooperation relations at provincial or municipal levels should shift from friendly cooperation into practical, win-win cooperation.
