Infographic: COVID-19 pandemic situation update by localities
VGP - The Ministry of Health (MoH) categorized 23 cities and provinces currently undergoing social distancing rules under the Prime Minister's Directive No. 16 into three groups.

The first group comprises eight localities where the COVID-19 pandemic has been put under control based on three criteria: (i) the number of new infections decrease continuously compared to the previous two weeks; (ii) rate of positive cases per total samples tested decreases within 14 consecutive days; and (3) no new COVID-19 clusters are recorded over seven days.
The second group consists of localities which are on the right track in the fight against COVID-19
The third group comprises localities which are required to take more drastic measures to put pandemic under control.
