Ministries assigned to compose 37 guiding documents
VGP – PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc has recently issued a list of 37 guiding documents to enforce nine laws and resolutions which were passed at the sixth session of the 14th National Assembly.
The nine laws included (1) the Law on Amending and Supplementing Some Articles of 37 Laws Related to Planning; (2) the Law on Amnesty; (3) the Law on Public Security; (4) the Law on Viet Nam Coast Guard; (5) the Law on Tertiary Education; (6) the Law on Corruption Prevention and Combat; (7) the Law on Cultivation; (8) the Law on Animal Husbandry; and (9) the Law on Protection of State Secrets.
The Ministry of Public Security was assigned to compose six guiding documents to enforce the Law on Public Security.
The Ministry of National Defense was asked to draft four guiding documents to implement the Law on Viet Nam Coast Guard.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development was requested to craft 14 guiding documents to enforce the Law on Cultivation and the Law on Animal Husbandry./.
