Ministries instructed to draft law enforcing documents
VNGOVNet – Prime Minister Nguyễn Tấn Dũng assigned on November 13 the ministries of Culture and Information, Health, and Science and Technology to draft documents instructing the implementation of laws concerning their areas of activity.

The related ministries were asked to draft Government decrees and other legal documents to instruct the implementation of the Law on Investment, the Specialized Ordinance on Cooperation with Foreign Partners and Foreign Investment; the Law on Education; and the Law on Vocational Training in line with the fields under their management.
The PM requested that the documents must ensure the consistence in State management, meet the requirements of international integration, and follow the roadmap for realizing the country’s commitments to the WTO upon its admission to latter.
The documents are due to reach the PM for consideration and approval before December 31, 2006.
