The PM assigns the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to clear paperwork concerning its appointing the leader of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to sign an agreement regarding Vietnam’s admission to the Fund at the 28th ASEAN Agro-Forestry Ministers’ Meeting, scheduled to be held in November 2006.
