NA adopts tax management and public investment laws

With 91.32% of votes in favor, the National Assembly passed the amended Law on Tax Management with 17 chapters and 152 articles on management of various types of taxes and other incomes of the State budget.  

Especially, the new law clearly stipulates the rights and obligations of tax payers. 

On the same day, the NA adopted the revised Law on Public Investment, with 90.7% of votes in favor.

The revised Law on Public Investment comprises six chapters and 101 articles on public investment, the management and use of public investment, rights, obligations and responsibilities of agencies, units, organizations, and individuals relating to public investment operation./.
