NA to decide personnel titles at eighth session
VGP – The National Assembly will consider and make decision on the personnel of the judicial body and Government, said Chairman of the National Assembly Office Nguyen Hanh Phuc.

Mr. Phuc made the announcement on preparatory work of the eighth session of the National Assembly which is expected to last 27 days and close on November 27, 2019.
Specifically, deputies will review and pass the revised Law on Article 3 of the Law on management and use of weapons, explosives and supporting tools and the draft resolution on piloting the removal of ward-level People's Councils in Hanoi's urban districts and towns.
The NA will give comments on two drafts laws including the revised Law on Enterprises, the revised Investment Law and review a feasible report on the first phase of Long Thanh international airport.
Hence, the NA will review and pass 12 bills, 3 draft resolutions and give feedback on nine draft laws at the eighth session.
The NA will spend three days on Q&A session.
Especially, the NA will review and consider and make decision on the personnel members of the judicial body and Government.
It is reported that Chairman of the NA Law Committee Nguyen Khac Dinh would be appointed as the Secretary of Khanh Hoa province. Minister of Health Nguyen Thi Kim Tien would leave the position./.
