NASC convenes 38th session

VGP – National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan chaired the 38th session of the National Assembly Standing Committee (NASC) which will run from October 14 to 17 in Ha Noi.

Addressing the opening ceremony, Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan said that the NASC will give comments on the three draft laws including the revised Law on Enterprises, the law amending and supplementing Article 3 of the law on management and use of weapons, explosives and support tools, and the amended Investment Law.

The NASC will have feedback on reports which collected voters’ opinions and suggestions to the eighth session of the National Assembly, citizen reception and settlements of complaints and accusations.

In addition, the NASC will comment on the implementation of Resolution 468/NQ-UBTVQH14 and deliberated some resolutions and approves the draft on the adjustment of the 2019 law and ordinance building program. /.
