New import-related invoice regulation to be applied
VGP - Importers will have to present regular vouchers (invoices or relevant documents) to prove the legitimacy of imported goods within 72 hours, instead of the current 24 hours, from July 1.

If they fail to present the papers, inspectors will temporarily seize the goods to verify their legitimacy, according to a new circular issued by the ministries of Finance, Industry and Trade, and Public Security.
Traders will be fined if their imported goods bear no stamps or bear fake or used stamps.
