New list of wastes allowed to be imported for use as production materials

VGP – Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung has signed Decision No. 28/2020/QD-TTg providing the list of wastes permitted for import from overseas for use as production materials.

The new Decision is scheduled to take effect on November 15, 2020, replacing Decision No. 73/2014/QD-TTg dated December 19, 2014 providing the list of wastes permitted for import from overseas for use as production materials.

Decision No. 28 specifies 23 types of wastes/scraps permitted for import, down 13 types of wastes as regulated in Decision No. 73.

The following is the new list of wastes/scraps allowed to be imported until the end of 2021:
