Nghe An province gets rice relief
VGP – PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc has recently agreed to the provision of rice relief for ethnic minority people in the central province of Nghe An.

Specifically, the Ministry of Finance is responsible for allocating over 7,129 tons of rice from the national reserve to ethnic minority people and poor households who engaged in the project on voluntarily planting forests at Ky Son, Tuong Duong, Con Cuong, and Que Phong districts in the 2016-2020 period in accordance with Decision 2345/QD-TTg, dated December 2, 2016.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development is in charge of verifying the data. The Nghe An provincial People’s Committee was asked to receive the food relief and allocate it to needy beneficiaries./.
