North European countries finance some projects
VGP – The PM just ratified the project "Developing the forestry information management system" worth of €4,430,186.

The project receives a non-refundable ODA package of €2.2 million from the Finnish Government and €1,798,636 from the Trust Fund for Forests (TFF).
The counterpart funding of €431,550 will be allocated by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and the provinces of Quảng Ninh, Thanh Hóa, and Thừa Thiên-Huế.
* The PM also approved the Việt Nam-Sweden Poverty Alleviation Program, stage II (2009-2011), also called "Chia sẻ Program 2."
He assigned the Ministry of Planning and Investment, together with the People’s Committees of Hà Giang and Quảng Trị Provinces to assess and ratify documents of the Program.
