According to the latest report released by the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI), these achievements resulted from tight supervision of the Government, extreme endeavor of all ministries, agencies and localities to speed up the ODA disbursement in favor of the economic stimulus policy.

The total ODA is worth about US $6 billion in 2009.

The MPI revealed its plan to disburse around US $2.5 billion in 2010 and continue adopting measures to mobilize, manage and spend ODA in an effective manner.

Especially, supervision and assessment of all ODA-related projects will be carried out at all levels for the purpose of fast disbursement and high efficiency.
