PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng: Vietnam - destination for successful investment by APEC and world business communities

VNGOVNet – In the morning of November 16, after receiving the President of the American Chamber of Commerce and representatives of some big groups, Prime Minister Nguyễn Tấn Dũng attended and opened the “Doing Business with Vietnam Forum” at the National Convention Center.

The forum brought together over 600 delegates including entrepreneurs, officials and reporters from many countries and territories, and about 400 Vietnamese entrepreneurs, researchers and managers.

 

A panorama of the “Doing Business with Vietnam Forum”

 

A landmark event as part of the APEC Week, the forum, held several days after Vietnam’s accession to WTO, represented Vietnam as a current place of interest for international investors.

To the audience, PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng extended his warm, friendly sentiment and welcome on behalf of the Vietnamese Government and people. He also delivered a clear message of advantages and chances of success awaiting investors seeking to establish themselves on a long-term basis in Vietnam.
