PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng receives Indonesian Ambassadress to VN

PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng stressed so in his reception to Ms. Artauli Ratna M.P Tobing, Ambassadress Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Indonesia to Vietnam on January 10.

PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng highly appreciated Ms. Artuali’s performance during her ambassadorship in Vietnam, which has helped to promote the two countries’ traditional friendship. The PM said the Vietnamese Government and people are glad to see that the Vietnam-Indonesia cooperation has been increasingly developed and deepened. He said this would contribute to enhancing peace, stability and development in the region. Vietnam and Indonesia have similar policies on international and regional issues of common concern. On behalf of the Vietnamese Government and people, PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng expressed his gratitude to the Indonesian Government and people for their support to Vietnam’s bid to become a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council and to Vietnamese fishermen in natural disasters. However, according to the PM, the two countries’ economic cooperation needs to be further enhanced to fulfill their potentialities. He said the Vietnamese Government would strive its best to develop the bilateral relationship to a new height.

Indonesian Ambassadress Artauli Ratna M.P Tobing thanked the Vietnamese Government and people for their good sentiments towards Indonesia over the past time. She attributed her successful ambassadorship to support from Vietnam’s authorities and people. Ms. Artauli Ratna M.P Tobing congratulated Vietnam on its successful organization of the APEC Leaders’ Meeting and full WTO membership. The Ambassadress affirmed that the multi-faceted cooperation between Indonesia and Vietnam is developing well and was convinced that, under the leadership of Vietnam’s Communist Party, State and Government, the country would gain greater achievements.
