PM gives green light to negotiation on ADB loans for secondary education in disadvantaged areas
VNGOP – Considering the proposal of the State Bank of Việt Nam, the PM on November 02 permitted the negotiations with the Asia Development Bank (ADB) on documents (Loan agreement and project agreement) for the Project on junior secondary education in the most disadvantaged areas.

The PM assigned the Ministries of Planning and Investment, Finance, Foreign Affairs, Justice, Education and Training, and the State Bank to complete the related procedures to prepare for the negotiations.
The interdisciplinary negotiating delegation includes representatives from the State Bank, President Office, Government Office, Ministries of Planning and Investment, Finance, Foreign Affairs, Justice, Education and Training.
