PM’s opinions on some foreign-funded projects
VGP – The PM just approved the portfolio "Clean water in rural areas in Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu Province" which is granted with an ODA sum of US $3.8 million from the Dutch Government through the ORIO Program.

The PM agreed to list the project "Improving immigration control at international border gates and promoting international cooperation to prevent illegal immigration and human trafficking" as a project to be funded by the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in the period of 2006-2010.
He also said okay to use of preferential loans provided by Finland under a frame agreement inked on November 5, 2003 between the Ministry of Finance and BNP Parisbas for the project "Upgrading equipment for MiniSCADA system in the cities of Huế, Đà Nẵng, Quy Nhơn and Buôn Ma Thuật." The project requires the total ODA sum of US $2.277 million.
