Party chief to visit RoK in mid-November
VNGOP – General Secretary of the Communist Party of Việt Nam Central Committee Nông Đức Mạnh will pay an official visit to the Republic of Korea (RoK) on November 14-16 at the invitation of RoK President Roh Moo-Hyun.

The RoK is always one of Việt Nam’s leading partners in economic, trade, export and investment activities. General Secretary Nông Đức Mạnh’s visit is expected to boost the comprehensive partnership between the two countries in the 21st century, in the interests of the two peoples, for the development and prosperity of each country, and for peace, cooperation and development in the regions and the world.
During his RoK tour, General Secretary Nông Đức Mạnh will have talks to President Roh Moo-Hyun, meetings with the RoK National Assembly Chairman and leaders of some economic groups.
