Policies come into effect in March

Decree No. 06/2019/ND-CP stipulating management of endangered, precious and rare forest flora and fauna and the implementation of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora takes effect since March 10, 2019.

Decree No. 08/2019/ND-CP defining on regime for staff members of overseas Vietnamese agencies comes into effects since March 11, 2019.

Decree No. 09/2019/ND-CP prescribing reporting regime of State administrative agencies takes effect since March 12.

Decree No. 10/2019/ND-CP on the exercise of rights and responsibilities of representatives of state owners comes into force on March 15.

Decree No. 12/2019/ND-CP, which takes effect since March 20, nullifies some legal documents issued by the Government as follows:

1 – Decree No. 48/1999/ND-CP dated on July 8, 1999 prescribing domestic and overseas representative offices and branches of Vietnamese traders and tourist enterprises

2 – Decree No. 50/2001/ND-CP dated August 16, 2001, detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Viet Nam Fatherland Front

3 – Decree No. 164/2004/ND-CP dated September 14, 2004, prescribing the distraint or auctioning of land use right for execution of civil judgments and decisions

4 - Decree No. 173/2004/ND-CP dated September 30, 2004, prescribing the procedures for, coercion of, and sanctioning of administrative violations in, the execution of civil judgments

5 – Decree No. 10/2006/ND-CP dated January 17, 2006, regulating the organization and activities of ethnic inspection works

6 – Decree No. 30/2006/ND-CP dated March 29, 2006 on scientific and technological statistics.

7 – Decree No. 134/2007/ND-CP dated Agust 15, 2007 providing for official units of measurement

8 – Decree No. 14/2011/ND-CP dated February 16, 2011 stipulating on conditions for registration and operation of customs agents

9 – Resolution No. 33/2008/NQ-CP dated December 31, 2008 on pilot application of a number of administrative procedures for construction investment in projects in new urban centers, residential areas and technical infrastructure or industrial parks

In addition, the Decree abolishes Article 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, Clause 1, Article 23, clause 1 Article 24 of Decree No. 42/2009/ND-CP on the grading of urban centers.

Decree No. 13/2019/ND-CP on preferential policies for science and technology businesses takes effect since March 20.

Decree 15/2019/ND-CP defining conditions for setting up foreign-invested vocational training institutions in Viet Nam takes effect since March 20.

Decree No. 16/2019/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decrees on business conditions under the State management of the State Bank of Viet Nam comes into force on March 20.

Decree No. 18/2019/ND-CP  on management and operation of activities overcoming consequences of post-war bombs and mines takes effect since March 20.
