Policies take effect since January 2020

VGP – A series of policies related to management of investment in information technology application using state budget capital, region-based minimum wages, administrative violations in the field of land and the organization and operation of social funds and charity funds has come into force since January, 2020.

Decree No. 73/2019/NĐ-CP prescribes the management of investment in information technology application using state budget capital.

Decree No. 83/2019/NĐ-CP amends and supplements some articles of Decree No. 94/2014/NĐ-CP regulating on setting up and management of natural disaster prevention and control funds.

Decree No. 84/2019/NĐ-CP dated November 14th, 2019 of the Government deals with fertilizer management.

Decree No. 85/2019/NĐ-CP prescribes handling of administrative procedures via National Single Window and ASEAN Single Window and specialized inspection for exports and imports.

Decree No. 86/2019/NĐ-CP dated November 14, 2019 of the Government defines legal capital of credit institutions and foreign bank branches.

Decree No. 89/2019/NĐ-CP amends and supplements some articles of Decree No. 92/2016/NĐ-CP providing conditional business sectors activities civil aviation industry.

Decree No. 90/2019/NĐ-CP stipulates region-based minimum wages applied to employees working under labor contracts.

Decree No. 91/2019/NĐ-CP sanctions administrative violations in the field of land.

Decree No. 92/2019/NĐ-CP defines on Special Preferential Import Tariffs to implement the Bilateral Trade Promotion Agreement.

Decree No. 93/2019/NĐ-CP regulates the organization and operation of social funds and charity funds.

Circular 80/2019/TT-BTC defines customs procedures tax administration fees charges with respect to export.
