VGP - The Government introduced Decree No. 14/2019/ND-CP (“Decree 14”) amending and supplementing Decree No. 108/2015/ND-CP dated October 28, 2015 detailing and guiding some articles of the Law on special consumption tax and the Law amending and supplementing some articles of the Law on special consumption tax (“Decree 108”).  

VGP – Foreign investors are allowed to pay a deposit in a transferred foreign currency upon joining an auction of the State-owned enterprises (SoEs) that are equitized or divested.

VGP - The Government on March 29 issued Circular 05/2019/TT-BKHDT ("Circular 05") regulating support for human resources development in favor of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).

VGP – The Government on February 29, 2019 issued Decree No. 23/2019/ND-CP (“Decree 23”) providing guidelines for exhibition activities, especially the ones intended for non-commercial purposes carried out in Viet Nam and brought overseas.

VGP - The Government on February 1 enacted Decree No. 14/2019/ND-CP (“Decree 14”) amending and supplementing Decree No. 108/2015/ND-CP dated October 28, 2015 detailing and guiding some articles of the Law on special consumption tax and the Law amending and supplementing some articles of the Law on special consumption tax (“Decree 108”).  

VGP - The Government issued Decree No. 05/2019/ND-CP (“Decree 05”) stipulating internal audits in state authorities, public non-business organizations and enterprises.

VGP – The Government issued Decree 13/2019/ND-CP, dated February 1, 2019 detailing and guiding Article 58 of the Law on Science and Technology regarding the development of scientific and technological enterprises.

VGP - The Government on February 1, 2019 issued Decree No. 17/2019/ND-CP amending and supplementing some articles of Decree No. 07/2017/ND-CP dated January 25, 2017 prescribing the order and procedures on pilot grant of e-visa to foreigners entering Viet Nam. 

VGP – The Governor of the State Bank of Viet Nam on December 25 issued Circular No. 36/2018/TT-NHNN (“Circular 36”) on lending activities by credit institutions and foreign bank branches for outbound investment.
