Regulations on direct overseas investment in oil sector
VNGOP - Regulations on direct investment abroad in the oil and gas sector by Viet Nam-based investors have been stipulated in a recent decree signed by Prime Minister Nguyễn Tấn Dũng.

The July 25 decree provides detailed provisions on investment procedures and state management of direct offshore investment in oil and gas sector as well as the implementation of oil and gas projects overseas.
The new regulations are applicable for limited liability companies, joint stock companies, partnership and private companies, State-owned enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises, cooperatives, household businesses and individuals./.
