Staff of foreign diplomatic offices and consulates permitted to engage in securities investment in VN
VNGOP – The PM has just permitted employees of foreign diplomatic representative offices and consulates to individually do stock investments in Việt Nam under the Vietnamese laws. These entities will be granted with no exemption from civil procedures and administrative punishments relating to securities activities.

The Foreign Ministry was assigned to instruct and legalize the consular procedures for employees of foreign diplomatic representative agencies and consulates who want to engage in securities activities in Việt Nam.
