State Compensation Department to be established
VGP – The PM has freshly signed Decision 767/QĐ-TTg on the establishment of the State Compensation Department under the Ministry of Justice.

The Department is expected to solve difficulties and obstacles that may arise in the enforcement of the State Compensation Law and State management over compensation.
The Department will assist individuals, organizations and enterprises who seek supports during the course of getting State compensation.
The number of cases requiring State compensation is forecast to surge dramatically as the Administrative Procedural Law will take effect on July 1, 2011.
