TNI Holdings Viet Nam, Savills Viet Nam set up strategic partnership
VGP - TNI Holdings Viet Nam and Savills Viet Nam just officially held the signing ceremony of strategic partnership on June 9, marking the first step in the long-term strategic partnership between the two parties for the goal of sustainable development and business growth.

Addressing the event, Ms. Pham Hong Thuy - General Director of TNI Holdings Viet Nam expressed her confidence that the cooperation will help TNI Holdings Viet Nam and Savills Viet Nam to develop their business performance.
“This cooperation is also an important step for both TNI Holdings Viet Nam and Savills Viet Nam to become faster, stronger and more efficiency in order to improve their competitiveness in the market,” said Ms. Thuy.
Also at the ceremony, Savills Viet Nam representative, Mr. John Campbell, also shared that Savills Viet Nam proudly “become a strategic consulting partner of TNI Holdings Viet Nam, one of the leading industrial park solution providers in Viet Nam nowadays”.
This partnership, he said, once again confirms Savills' efforts in expanding the business of industrial parks to the Northern market, in order to provide customers and partners “with quality and reputable consulting and brokerage services.”
At the signing ceremony of strategic partnership, Ms. Pham Hong Thuy - General Director of TNI Holdings Viet Nam introduced an overview of TNI Holdings Viet Nam to bring a panoramic view about Industrial Parks.
With more than 20 years of experience in industrial parks, up to now, TNI Holdings Viet Nam (a member of TNG Holdings Viet Nam) possesses and manages 11 industrial parks on an area ofover 2,000 hectares, in which the average occupancy rate always reaches 85%.
These industrial parks developed and managed by TNI Holdings Viet Nam are workplace for more than 300,000 workers of nearly 500 investment projects, focusing on the fields of electricity, electronics, assembly technology, processing, manufacturing, food industry, supporting industries for automobile manufacturing, weaving, dying and garment, etc.
Among them, there are nearly 400 foreign enterprises mainly from Japan, China, the US, Germany, Korea, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan... with total investment capital of over US$4 billion.
In the next 5-year development strategy, TNI Holdings Viet Nam continues to expand and invest five more new industrial parks at strategic locations with a total scale of nearly 1,500 hectares, creating valuable investment destinations for domestic and foreign investors./.
