The project will be carried out at the An Hòa Social Sponsoring Center in Huế City to form a favorable environment for disabled children through providing them with boarding or concentrated educational services as well as fundamental self-care skills.

Consequently, the handicapped children can foster their capacity and easily integrate into the community.

A pilot model will be built and popularized in order to facilitate life of all disabled children in the province.

Apart from the An Hòa Center, there are four child sponsoring facilities, namely Thủy Xuân Center, Xuân Phú Center, and two kindergartens at No. 37 Nguyễn Trãi Street and at No. 108 Chi Lăng Street. These facilities are assisting and taking care of about 200 disadvantaged chidlren.

At these charitable establishments, unlucky children have chances to attend educational and vocational training courses to be able to afford themselves in the future.
