VN, Brunei promote energy cooperation

VGP – Viet Nam is ready to cooperate with Brunei’s businesses to realize petroleum projects and contracts to provide crude oil for the Dung Quat Oil Refinery, said Deputy PM Hoang Trung Hai.

Deputy PM Hoang Trung Hai made that statement on February 25 at his reception to Brunei’s Minister of Energy Pehin Yasmin.

Welcoming the delegation led by Brunei’s Minister, the Deputy PM highly spoke of the relationship between the two nations.

Viet Nam expects to attract investment from Brunei for energy projects, confirmed Deputy PM Hai.

Minister Pehin Yasmin asserted that Brunei desires to strengthen its relations with Viet Nam in all fields.

The earlier working session with the Viet Nam Oil and Gas Group (PVN) will pave the way for cooperation of the two sides and formed a crucial foundation for businesses to reach more deals, said the Minister.
