VN Culture Week 2014 in Japan

VGP – Viet Nam’s Consulate General in Japan in co-ordination with Vietnamese students attending Asia Pacific University (APU) has organised “Viet Nam Culture Week 2014”.

July 11, 2014 5:15 PM GMT+7
The APU is a famous university in Japan located in Oita Prefecture, Kyushu, which has enrolled students from 80 nations across the world. The number of Vietnamese students attending APU has increased remarkably to over 300.

Viet Nam Culture Week 2014 introduced diverse activities including culinary arts, folk games, and fashion and included sports exchanges. It helped international friends and local residents learn more about Viet Nam’s unique cultural characteristics and its people.

This is part of Viet Nam's cultural diplomatic activities in Kyushu region and generally, Japan.

This year, Viet Nam’s Consulate General decided to co-ordinate with APU to co-organise a cultural program and promote it as a cultural and diplomatic event in Kyushu region.
