VN, India sign agreement on auditing
VGP – State Audit of Việt Nam (SAV)’s Chief Auditor Vương Đình Huệ and Comptroller and Auditor General of India Vinod Rai signed the cooperative agreement on August 3 in Hà Nội.

It is one of the
activities on the sidelines of the 42nd meeting of the Asian Organization of
Supreme Audit Institutions (ASOSAI) Governing Board, which will be held from
August 4-5 in Việt
The agreement marks the
long-term and close cooperation between the two countries’ auditing agencies in
the future. The two nations also committed to enforcing their own regulations on
studying and exchanging experience of methods, standards, rules and procedures
in State audit.
The Vietnamese Chief Auditor also received leaders of audit delegations
of the Republic of Korea , Turkey ,
India , Pakistan and Japan
He hoped that SAV will closely cooperate with other ASOSAI members in training, information technology audit and environmental audit.
