VN confirms 12 new cases of COVID-19
VGP – With three new imported cases of COVID-19 confirmed Saturday, Viet Nam’s patient tally rose to 1,160.
Specifically, patients numbered 1,149 and 1,150 returned home from France on October 21 and were quarantined in the Southern province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau.
Patient 1,149 is a 76-year-old man from District 7, Ho Chi Minh City while patient 1,150 is a 55-year-old man from Ha Noi’s Dong Da District.
Both of them are being treated at a medical center in Ba Ria-Vung Tau’s Long Dien District.
Patients 1,151-1,153 were repatriated from Russia on October 16 and quarantined in Ninh Binh Province.
Patient 1,151 is a 43-year-old woman from Tien Hai District, Thai Binh Province.
Patient 1,152 is a 38-year-old man from Gia Vien District, Ninh Binh Province.
Patient 1,153 is a 30-year-old from Quynh Phu District, Thai Binh Province.
The trio is being treated at a general hospital in Ninh Binh’s Hoa Lu District.
Patients 1,154-1,156 flew home from Germany on October 23 and were quarantined in Thai Binh Province.
Patient 1,154 is a 25-year-old man from Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City.
Patient 1,155 is a 77-year-old man from Ba Dinh District, Ha Noi.
Patient 1,156 is a 55-year-old woman from Ba Dinh District, Ha Noi.
They are being treated at the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases in Ha Noi’s Dong Anh District.
Patients 1,157-1,160 were brought home from Angola on October 20 and quarantined in the northern province of Bac Giang.
Patient 1,157 is a 25-year-old woman from Giao Thuy District, Nam Dinh Province.
Patient 1,158 is a 48-year-old woman from Thanh Ha District, Hai Duong Province.
Patient 1,159 is a 29-year-old woman from Ky Anh town, Ha Tinh Province.
Patient 1,160 is a 22-year-old man from Thanh Ha District, Hai Duong Province.
These patients are being treated at the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases in Ha Noi’s Dong Anh District./.
