November 07, 2019 10:33 AM GMT+7

The Viet Nam Ornamental Creature Association and the Suoi Tien Culture and Tourism Company jointly hosted a press briefing on November 7 in HCMC to announce the coming event.

Under the theme “Bonsai art - Convergence of friendship and harmony,” the exhibition is the first of this kind in Viet Nam, displaying 1,000 ornamental creature works from 40 provinces and cities.

Via the event, the exhibition targets to introduce and advertize the culture, tourism, and people of Viet Nam to foreign people. Especially, the event will offer a playing field for experts to exchange experiences and promote technical cooperation.

The first Asia-Pacific Bonsai and Suiseki Exhibition was held in Bali (Indonesia), targeting to promote friendship among tree loving people in favor of nature and environment.

After 30 years, the exhibition has become an international event which is biennially held in China, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, and Indonesia./.
