VGP - State President Nguyễn Minh Triết on Sunday sent a message of congratulations to his Bulgarian counterpart Georgi Parvanov on the 60th founding anniversary of Việt Nam-Bulgaria diplomatic ties (February 8, 1950).
PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng also extended congratulations
to his Bulgarian counterpart Boyko Borissov, and Deputy PM, FM Phạm Gia Khiêm sent
a message to Bulgarian FM Nikolay Mladenov.
