Viet Nam to discontinue “automatic stay extension” for foreign nationals from mid-January
VGP – Viet Nam will discontinue “automatic stay extension” for foreign nationals from 15th January, 2022.

Viet Nam gradually resumes regular international flights from 1st January, 2022. Please be advised that with the competent authorities’ approval, the Vietnam Immigration Department will discontinue “automatic stay extension” for foreign nationals from 15th January, 2022.
